Question: car shakes

Rookie

at low speed the car and steering wheel shake, I do not notice as much when I'm on the highway at higher speeds.
My tires are not bad, there still is some tread on them.
I'm wondering if its my tires and needs to be aligned or is it the tie rod?
any suggestions?

The tread can look OK, but if you spin the wheel it can be lopsided. You'll need to have it inspected by an experienced tech, one that can look at the tires, wheels and suspension and determine if anything is wrong.
