you may have to run car long enough for modules to reset themselves

could be a lot of carbon build up in throttle body and or doing idle relearn procedure

Yes, definitely do what Gabriel1 is suggesting. Also, while you're in there, don't forget to spray down the hole that leads to the Idle Air Control motor (you'll see a square shaped hole once you get the intake hose off). Check for any vacuum leaks by inspecting all vacuum lines and air filter housing (a dirty air filter can affect your idle too). Good luck.
