car quits when driving on 1990 Ford Taurus

car drives fine for about an hour-then kills. have to wait 30 minutes or longer before it will restart. does not seem to do it when it is cold.

try checking your coil pack and take your ignition module to an auto parts store to be tested. the ignition module is on the distributor. its the piece that the wire harness hooks into. i had to replace mine because my car cut off on me.
