How do you know the battery is good? Has it been tested? Try ump starting it of another car just out of curiosity if it will now crank over. If it now cranks over I would guess for some reason the car's battery is bad or was not being charged by the alternator. It could be a bad or unsecured battery ground cable between the battery and chassis or chassis and engine. Turn on the ignition switch to the on but not run position do you see an icon on the instrument panel representing a battery, if you do not see this battery icon the alternator is not seeing power to allow it to charge. Start the engine does the battery icon go out. Put a volt meter across the battery terminals with the engine off, at rest the battery voltage should be 12.6 volts if the battery is fully charged. Now get a friend to start the car while you watch the voltmeter, the voltage reading across the battery should read approximately 14.6 volts if the alternator is charging correctly.
A bad starter won't cause a car to stall or cut out it is only used to start the engine. Many things could cause an engine to stall from a broken timing belt to a failed sensor or fuel pump but it is impossible to guess without being able to do some diagnostic tests.

Take it to a mechanic and have them check the ignition coil. I just had the exact same problem, and it turned out my ignition coil had burnt out from age. I also had no warning lights, and it was driving fine before it just died.

I am having the same problem in my 2000 neon. car stalled will not start back up. had battery and starter tested. starter will not crank. If ignition coil is bad will the starter not crank.

My car cut off while i was driving it could be the timing belt

Timing belt issues is one of those problems that is very common for older cars with little to no maintanance. In a camry, or in any car, the timing belt could be damaged because of wear on the belt, faulty ideler pulys, or even a bad or worn water pump. If it was runing, and all of the suden you lost power, or when speed was slowing down it just stalled and died, or if the car has no power at all, most likeley its a timing belt. Just chech for spark, and check if the rotor is spining. Hope this info helps who ever is looking for a hand.

I had exactly teh same problem with my camry, was driving and all of a sudden it just died,we checked the battery all was good. The problem was the electronic solenoid valve there was no power going to the spark plugs. Hope this helps.

I have a very similar problem. What turned out to be the problem with your Camry?
