1995 Chevrolet Beretta Question: car over heated radiator cracked fixed it but now wont start

Fried engine anyone? I am sorry to tell you this but the car is beyond REASONABLE repair even if it is just a head/gasket. Unless YOU can fix it. The reason it wont start is it has no compression now. It got to hot.
Maybe i am wrong but i dont think so.
