    Work performed was as expected, no complaints. Service was terrible.

    Was told that the services requested would be one price over the phone, but when I arrived for pickup the price was a few hundred dollars more. Conveniently, the guy I had been working with wasn't around. Finally, I just paid the amount since I couldn't prove the quote I got on the phone.

    After all of that - they lost my car! I was waiting in their showroom for an HOUR while they tried to find it. They were literally calling over the loudspeaker: "Does anyone know where a White Grand Cherokee was parked after service?" Ridiculous. My second and last trip at this dealer.
