It's hard to say what could be wrong without having test equipment hooked up...and without knowing exactly what the power loss feels like.
You could have an air intake leak, a vacuum leak, a fuel injector issue, or an ignition issue. Really hard to say. And - on top of it all, you could have an exhaust restriction.
