 Rookie

the car loses power or almost stalls periodically.Then runs rough a few seconds and then clears up.
It is always when you are idling and hit the accelerator.

   Rookie

  you need a new oxygen sensor. 30min job you can do in the driveway. part is about $80 though. very simple little tools needed.
