Car loosing speed; white smoke; won't crank; what could it be? on 1993 Honda Accord

When comming home today my car started loosing speed which I had went to a mechanic and he said that I had a bent valve and I guess that why my car is loosing speed. So like I said it had started loosing speed(normally it will fix itself and pick the speed up by itself) and I started hearing a rattling noise like something was bout to jump out the hood so I pull over and cut off but had to cut it back on to move it a little better out the road and when I did it sounded like my enegine or something fell out the bottom (nothing was there) so what could this be?

it sounds to me that you need a new engine. what preventive maintenance have you done to this car in the past few months or year?

car losing speed + won't crank + white smoke + rattling noise = have someone check out your engine.
