I lent my car to a friend. I got it back with no oil in it. I stopped into CarLife because they were the closest shop to me. They did not have availability, but the gentleman put oil in my car and made sure I was ok. I then made an appointment and came back. Money doesn't buy happiness....excellent customer service does.

I asked for the backdoor to be checked as it closes automatically without stopping. The receptionist (whom I think is amazing) advised that they believed it is a sensor but would need additional time another visit to really look into to confirm for sure. When I got the car home it appears that the inside of the back end was taken apart and put back together incorrectly (carpeting was pulled up and no longer laying flat and clips no longer holding and a black hand print was left on the side by the window. There is now so much rattling I can't hear myself think. I looked up the issue online and was able to turn off the back down using a switch in the glove box so I can work it manually until I can get it to the dealership to fix. I also had a gray towel stuck in the hood in the front end. Seems like a rushed job even though I was there for 1.5 hours.

After fixing a leak in my power steering unit which another shop had indicated was the source of the problem, the leak continued. Further investigation determined the additional leakage was from gaskets in my oil filter housing. Once this work was done, the leaking stopped. The staff was courteous, professional and the pricing was reasonable. I appreciated the warranty on the work.
The shop worked me in on a tight schedule day and were very accommodating. Felt really comfortable with all the explanations of the work performed, but thought the price was a little higher than expected. But this too had been explained by the front desk person before the work was started. Will use them again in the near future.

The service was very good, Rebekah the receptionist/clerk presented an excellent portrayal of efficiency and good graces as well as informative and intelligent answers to my questions. I was pleased with cost and all aspects of this visit and will definitely return.
Took my car in to replace the timing belt and fix the numerous oil leaks. I got my car back the first time and the timing was off so I took it back, I was told there was an incorrect cam gear and that the timing belt tension-er had to be replaced (not sure why it wasn't replaced at the same time as the timing belt). Got my car back the second time and was told the coolant temp sensor was going bad & that was why the check engine light was on, I took the car to the parts store & I discovered that the wiring for the coolant temp sensor gauge had been pulled out &a the clip was broken. I replaced the part and reset the one code and the check engine light came back on this time saying the timing was off. I took my car back again and after a day was told they looked everything over & didn't see anything that would cause the issue and the rattle is still there. Now after spending $2k car engine has a very annoying rattle and the check engine light is on with a timing code.
Always good service and they don't try to do work that isn't needed just to get more money out of you.
