1994 Mazda 626 Question: car jerks????

I drive a automatic and lately my car jerks while im driving it from time to time while on the road. Could anyone possible tell me what the problem maybe. Sorry if you do not understand what I mean, but this is the best way I can explain it. -

I think you may have ignition problems. These engines were prone to distributor problems (usually resulting in shutting-down) and spark plug wire failures. Get it checked out, look first at the spark plug wires for arcing to the head or high resistance.
