When there is a clicking noise like that, the starter is not getting enough power to crank the engine over. This can be from low battery voltage or from excessive corrosion or loose connections of the battery cables.

Visually inspect all the cables - any loose or corroded? Have the battery checked - faulty? Low in charge?

If the battery is low in charge, you will also need to check your charging system to see if the battery is even getting recharged.
