Question: car hesitation or stumble during acceleration

this happens most of the time,when moveing from a stop and acceleration. someone has removed the maf sensor and replaced the air filter with a after market filter.
wondering if this could be the prebl

    If you have a 5.0 liter explorer,90% chance you have faulty plug wires.if you have a 4.0,possible plug wires and coil.take to a good shop to make sure your concern is an ignition problem,sure does sound like one.
