2000 Acura RL

Question: Car has Fire & Fuel, but wont start.

It is a 2000 1.6 EL. Have replaced the fuel cap, spark plugs & wires, hooked up to diagnostics, said everything was fine (timing, relay etc). What could be the problem?

    What type of diagnostics did you run? A reading for the presence of codes is not really a full diagnostic. I would do a compression test, to see if the timing belt may have slipped out of time. Then if that confirms that you have at least 150 psi in all cylinders, then I would do a data scan while your are cranking your vehicle.
