i owne a 92 300sl, the car cranks very strong, but it doesn't want to start. i know it can be saveral things, but i would like to start withthe least expensive. also does anybody carry a services manual for sale like in autozone,napa,etc. on this vehicule?

Haynes sells decent European vehicle manuals online, and alldatadiy.com has online subscriptions that are inexpensive and worth the price. I suggest you use one of these services, and learn how to diagnose a no start problem instead of replacing parts without a justifiable reason.

probably the distributor cap or rotor in the cap. start with these. check that spark plug cables are in good order while you do it
