I think that your battery is dead or very weak, 2-3 weeks of sitting with an old battery can take them out. Check the open pole voltage on the positive and negative terminals. It needs to be at least 12.6 volts, 12.8 is better. If your turn on your Bright Headlights, how bright are they?

the lights wont even turn on anymore, none of the windows are working either. if the battery is the problem, where does the fuse box come in on all of this?
