Car Doctors of Westchester
I needed brakes on my 4Runner badly, my old trusted mechanic is gone and I was dreading the idea of finding a new shop I could trust.
After a little research, I came across The Car Doctors. Their website seemed to emphasize a focus on good customer service, so I gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised! One of the owners, Dee Knight was friendly,informative, expressed genuine interest and went out of his way to accommodate my hard to fit schedule.
When I arrived, I quickly learned what sets The Car Doctors apart from the many choices out there. The small but efficient shop is clean and your job is clearly explained to you before they start. All questions or concerns are respectfully addressed and it seems that asking questions is encouraged here!
The pricing and possible options to save me a few $$ were openly discussed and my job was done quickly and properly. They used top quality parts and a 4 wheel brake and rotor job cost me about half of what the Dealer or those big muffler shops charge.
This shop is notoriously open and honest, the prices are quite reasonable and your repair experience is totally stress-free!
I will definitely return there in the future, to handle all of my truck's needs.
