2000 Dodge Ram Van 2500

Question: Car dies randomly!

The car will die after short drives, long drives, whether Im going 60mph, 10mph, or at idle. And when car dies and I try to start the car again it doesnt turn on sometimes I have to wait a minute sometimes 30. Any ideas what the problem might be?

    have the fuel pressure checked. the pump may be failing.

    And if that isnt the problem what other issues might there be? Went to a shop andand ran the computer and no errors concerning the the car shutting off came up.

    2000 has no capabilities to tell you this. it is a basic engine issue.

    did not say that. i said you should have the pressure checked first to confirm. if it is low or at 0 then yes, it is time for a pump.

    Well, we replaced the carb,, coil, fuel pump, ckp sensor and the problem still exist.. Help!
