i just had an oil change and the oil light came on and the car cut off. Returned it to midas and I still have the problem

Which light came on? What color was the light? I hope it was not a red light with an icon representing an oil can, that would be a sign that the oil pressure in the engine had dropped below 3 to 7 PSI which if the car was driven with the light on ay result in serious damage. More likely something got "knocked off" during the engine oil change ,but please let us know the out come.
