I came in the car care center because my vehicle was shaking when I hit the gas pedal and not coming to a complete stop when it should when I hit the break pedal. My experience was great! The owner was very professional when we were discussing the issue, he took a lot into consideration for my issues. All in all, costumer service was outstanding. I would most absolutely recommend the Car Care Center ASA to anyone who is in need for car care,reasonable rates, and warranty.

would like to thank Care Car Center, ASA, for their exceptional work and saving me 7,000 dollars. I had a Bmw x5 that kept having problems. First, I tried taking my car to Bmw and I knew they were going to try and rob me! They gave me a price on repairs and I nearly past out, so I got my car out of their shop as quick as I could. I started looking for a shop and I found Care Car Center, ASA. I was impressed with the way the shop was laid out, as well as how informative the owner Johnny was on my car. I spoke with him for about an hour asking questions and he patiently answered all of them and I brought my car in soon after. He gave me a full diagnosis of all the problems of my car and future problems that could occur down the road.
Once getting to the shop we came up with a solution that allowed me to fix what needed to be fixed right away. He give me a break down of all expensive I approved explaining to me that all the products he put in had a warranty to back up his work; giving me a peace of mind. Allowing me the control over what I wanted to be done to the car. I was not forced into buying anything I didn't want to be done at this time. I was only given suggestions in what he saw needed to be done. I could then fix later on, other things that I knew where going wrong. Later I had a serious problem! I had some engine problems where it would have cost me a lot of money to fix. He told me that at this point he could do the work but it would be cheaper to just get another car, with all the problems I was having. Johnny was completely honest with me. In all of my life dealing with mechanics I have NEVER had a mechanic turn down money! What shops do you think would do something like that? I have been a loyal customer ever since and encourage all of my family to have their car repairs done with Care Car Center, ASA, and enjoy the great experience I have in the past. Good shops are hard to find, I'm glad I found one!

I've been coming to Car Care Center ever since I've moved in the neighborhood a year ago and they have come to my rescue often! As a woman who is not very car savvy, I'm always leery on mechanic shops. When I moved further from the one mechanic I trust (my Dad!) needless to say, I was nervous. Every problem I've had on my aging car, Car Care Center knew how to solve. And what's best, is in explaining the issues, it's told to me in ways I can understand; not all the mechanic jargon that goes over my head in which I cross my fingers that what I'm paying for is true. I thank goodness I have found a trustworthy shop to take my car to!

Car Care Center ASA is the best repair shop in town. My Experience with Car Care Center ASA was incredible! Simply the best auto experience of all time. Johnny Otarola (manager) and employees are very friendly and detailed oriented. Johnny takes his time to explain what your car problems are. He makes you understand and gives you full and complete details of your automobile guidelines. He tells you what repairs your car really needs and provides you with different options. His prices are fair, and the work is of high quality. He is a very honest person. If the job repair is not worth your investment he will let you know. Car Care Center is a great shop with a very friendly staff. They are very attentive to each customer and even show old, replaced parts after repairs so you know exactly what was wrong. I've had my Ford Explorer worked including an engine and transmission replacement. Needless to say, it runs like a dream and has been extremely reliable. The mechanics are fast and very good at what they do. Any repairs that you need can be done, and done right. I highly recommend Car Care Center for whatever problems with your vehicle you may have.

I have had a positive experience with Car Care Center. I have been a customer for more than two years and each time the customer service was excellant. The mechanics diagnosed all issues with my car and repaired them correctly. The owner has even given me a follow up call to make sure my car is running well and at this time it is in great shape.
