I have a 1996 Ford Aerostar, the engine is sticking noise. I brought this van to Canyon Auto Repair and they check them out. Unfortunately, the engine is bad, due to oil gum up from top to bottom. I went there and took some pictures ( I did not believe first because I m just replaced that engine about 50,000 miles ago from the dealer ship) It too bad because I let the car go for too long between oil change so now I have the price I have to pay for. Luckly, Canyon Auto repair very reasionable compare with the engine I paid 50,000 miles ago from the dealer ship. I saved over a thousand dollars. Thanks to an excellent work from Canyon Auto Repair, my car runs like a champ. now

I asked Rick of Canyon Auto to troubleshoot and quote me on a power steering leak. Rick looked under my car in the parking lot & said $545.00 for a power steering rack. Fair price (he missed the tie rod ends). I did not have the money so I came back a couple of days later to have them put it on the rack to verify the problem so the price did not go up while in the shop. Same problem, different technician, $920.00. (He did find the tie rod ends being bad they would fix for the price of parts) I defiantly didn’t have $920.00. So I went to VU AUTO REPAIR 4400 SW 142nd Ave Beaverton instead. It was not the rack at all, but a pressure hose. $400.00 including tie rod ends. And when Canyon would have discovered it was the pressure hose the price would have gone up approximately another $300.00 totaling $1220.00. I am not judging, I am just saying. Additionally. Beware of reviews from people who have only ever reviewed ONE business. It lends to the appearance that the business itself is responsible for those reviews. Thanks Vu
