Stored 6 mos. in garage, battery went dead, wouldn't take charge, replaced bad battery. Starter turns engine OK; but it won't start. All other electrical items work OK. Is there a security/computer reset button?

Does the green key icon keep flashing as you crank your Solara? If so, then there may be a security re-set issue. Did you lock and unlock your doors with the remote, that should clear it?
Did you put in any fuel stabilizer? I ask this because 6 mos is enough time for fuel to degrade, it happens on boats frequently. Try spraying some fule in to the Throttle Body, something like carb cleaner, and see if you get a reaction.
If you are still stuck, then have a good shop inspect for the real problem.
