 Rookie

In 2010 Summer i feel the brake to soft and can complete stop when I'm have an emergency brake in somewhere of local street,then i going to order a set of brake pads try to replace by myself.but i just can not removed that rear right brake rotor. I think i did removed the shoes also when i try to take down the rotor,that's I'm not sure.can anyone find out for me please? Thank you very much.
