Question: Can't get wheel/tire to come off

Question

There doesn't appear to be a hub cap just the wheel and some piece in the middle that wont budge. I've pulled on the thing for two hours and it will not come off. Everything I've seen deals with the spare tire which was a piece of cake to get to but there is no posts about actually removing the wheel and flat tire. HELP!

Sounds like it's rusted in place. Spray some penetrating fluid (WD-40, PB Blaster, etc.) where the wheel contacts the drum or rotor and let it work a little. Then use a hammer and beat on the tire (back side) to loosen the wheel. Put a few lug nuts on a few threads so when the wheel does come loose, it will not leave the area.
