2002 Chevrolet Astro Question: Can't adjust mirrors and brake squeal while moving

Question

I just bought a used 2002 Astro -

the outside mirrors are not moving using the interior control; and

there is a horrendous squeal from the rear brakes when you are moving. when you apply the brake, they stop.

and at 55-60 mph when you go over a rough road, the front end jumps all over.

Sounds like an initial roadtest before purchase was called for instead of after, unless you got a smoking deal. Mirror problem could be fuse, check that first, or the relay/mirror switches. The rear noise is being absorbed when apply brakes, have the rear wheels removed and then drums to inspect for likely loose hardware or hot spots on drums and shoes. Need to have the front steering/suspension inspected at a qualified shop, known for idler arm(s) looseness.
