Naomi did an excellent job. Everything was taken care of and the car came back super clean.
Never have I worked with such an honest and helpful repair shop. My car broke down on a nearby highway, and Cannon's was the shop recommended to us by AAA. By the time our tow came, the shop was technically closing, but Victor promised to stay open until we arrived so that we could drop our vehicle off. They ended up staying open 1.5 hours past close (the day before Christmas Eve), put my car inside the shop, and promised to call us first thing on Monday morning with a diagnosis. Being from out of town (and still 7 hours away from our end destination) they made us feel extremely comfortable leaving the car in their hands. They even called nearby rental car companies to look into availability for us.
We weren't going to be heading back their way for another 10 days, and each day we received communications from Victor and his team of how my car was doing, tests they were running, and detailed explanations and estimates. We received fair pricing and ABOVE and beyond customer service from this shop. I have never received such service from shops before. Now living in the city of Chicago, I would honestly consider driving the 1.5 hours out to Cannon's for future repairs.
Thank you for going the extra mile to help us feel comfortable leaving our car with you over a long holiday break. We could have ended up in a stressful situation of trying to communicate with a bad shop from 500 miles away, but we truly got lucky!

I told the person at the counter that the tire made a slight wobble and asked them to check the tire and see if they can tell what it was and all they did was change the tire and nothing was looked at.

I appreciated getting a phone call letting me know that my new vehicle needed synthetic oil and that it was significantly more expensive than my previous oil.

I left my car for an alignment on the 11th. They called and said I needed a ball joint replaced and wanted an additional $550, and could not get the part until the next day. I declined because of the unusually high price for a ball joint.
I was pleased with the work done and did not feel pressured. All employees were very polite and could tell that they had my best interest at heart.
I had to have my tire patched and the service was great.

I had value stem replaced. Paid $111 and light is still on. Was told it would cost me $60 more for them to figure out why. Ridiculous for that money they don't figure it out. I have not gone back.
I was excited to find a BMW service center closer than South Bend; however, you said I needed many more things done including a missing spare tire...when I found the spare in my trunk under the liner I then found myself questioning all of the recommendation.
The staff were courteous but the over work on my vehicle was a little sloppy.

My car broke down in New Buffalo MI when I was traveling home to Chicago IL, AAA membership services provided me with Cannons as a nearest mechanic to tow my to until the following Monday. Every one we dealt with, but mostly Georgine over the phone, could not have been more helpful, attentive, knowledgeable in their level of customer service. Thankfully, the car was repairable and fixed by day's end on that Monday!

I have had service done at Cannons on many of my vehicles, but this time I was extremely disappointed because I was charged $124.10 to get a diagnosis that the fuel pump failed. The only reason I didn't have Cannons complete the repair, is because my son had this work done by another establishment in March, and it was still under warranty. (The cost was over $1200 to replace)
I dropped my car off Friday night (Cannon's was closed), and I called Saturday morning prior to it being looked at, I was never informed that it would cost over $120 to tell me what was wrong. I understand sometimes it does take time to diagnose the vehicle, but at the very least, the customer should be informed of the charge prior to completing the review. I think it is important to support local establishments, but it doesn't seem that this is the same level of fairness that the previous ownership offered.
As always, the work was done professionally and on time. My most recent visit was for new tires.

To their credit, Cannon's has always provided quality services, generally in a very prompt time-frame. My only reason for giving them a slightly lower than top-level rating is because their prices for service are often among the highest in the area. Now, with all their new facility renovations and expanded services, I fully understand why they need to price things as they do. But this can nonetheless be a bit disconcerting, at times.
Quoted a price that was $1000 over my previous quote from a competitor. Took several days even to get a quote, which I had to keep calling back for.
I really appreciate the way I am treated at Cannon's, I have been a customer forever and always appreciate the way Georgine takes care of any question. This time Eric came out and talked to me about what they had to do and the way they had to take care of the problem. I appreciated being "in the know" about what was happening. I always like to see the familiar face of John Jongkind, he took care of my son's Volkswagen years ago. It must be a good place to work after all these years.
