If your tire has rubbed the frame, you should be able to see the marks on the frame. I can't think of why this would happen if the wheels and tires are the right ones for the car. If you use oversize tires or aftermarket wheels you need to replace them with the right ones or quit driving so aggressively.
If there are no marks on the tires or frame, and/or you'e using the correct wheels and tires, you need to see a GM specialist or an alignment shop to find out what's going wrong.
