Question: can the transmission filler tube be replaced easily?

I think it might be rusted inside and could get into transmission

    There are a couple of different transmission and I only looked up two wheel drive, it looks pretty straight forward on the parts slide but my labor guide gave no estimate of time to replace it or no procedure.
