Question: Can the oil pan be pulled off a 2001 BMW 330 without having to pull the engine?

I am looking to buy a used BMW that will need rod and main bearings replaced and the oil pump and I am curious if this can be done by pulling the oil pan off and not having to pull the engine. Thanks

    YES IT CAN BE DONE WITHOUT PULLING MOTOR BUT YOU DO HAVE TO LIFT IT SLIGHTLY. STK SHIFT ITS 8 HRS AUTO ITS 9HR JOB PLUS PARTS. HOPE THIS HELPS
