hello. my 2000 honda accord ex v6 wont start. it will crank, but not turn over. battery new, alternator tests fine. has about 120,000 miles on original engine. i think it might be the fuel pump or something related to it. there was no prelude to it not starting, one day it just wouldnt start. so i got it on an incline, and after about 20 min of cranking (not continously) it started. i kept the tank full, but when it dropped to 3/4 tank, it wouldnt start again. i have been able to start it a few more times since then, but havent gotten it to start in about 1 1/2 months. It has power, all the lights and radio work fine. is there a way to tell if it is the fuel pump? or other possible culprits? Thanks so much for your input!

A bad PGM-FI RELAY can cause that problem. The relay is located under the driver side of the dash. If not operating it will not send a signal to the fuel pump to work. I have seen multiple go bad in the 4 cyl models.
