When i tried to replace my serpentine belts, bracket from tensioner/pulley between the a/c pump and the crank split. Actually it had small crack already but while I was replacing it split. So my question would be is it possible to ride my Subaru 2000 without that belt temporarily not attached ??? Belt from crank to A/C pump anyway?

If the only thing the belt drives is the AC, no it won't hurt anything. If the bracken is cracked, I would suggest getting it replaced. You may be able to get a good used part instead of buying a new one.
