Question: can i replace the clutch from the top of the engine.

i just wanted to know if i can replace my clutch from the top of the engine or if i have to get under it or pull it..thanks

    no you cant. you have to pull the transmission from the bottom to get to the clutch

    its not to bad, with a few jack stands and a jack and some hand tools you could do it in day..

    yeah..i am going to do it this weekend..a friend has a shop with a lift that i am going to use..thank god for friends..can't wait to get greasy, it's going to be so worth it tho

    Just an after-thought from an idiot............Doing the rear main seal and oil pan gasket while there really easy to get at (rear main especially)?
