i am trying to replace the clip that context the shifter cable to the throttle body but need to know if i need to replace the cable or not and where i can get the parts?

Transmission will not performe properly if left unhooked. I dont know of a repair part but there may be
such available. How about one of those old metal rod clips used for years on carbs. Put cable in groove
of clip(with orginal clip in place) and squeez clip closed? Just a thought.
Use your imagination! Or next step see a repair shop! Not an easy fix to replace the assem. without a lift and proper tools.Flag ThisLike0 -
