can a clogged catalytic converter cause exhault to back up in come out the engine in two diffrent places (odorless)in and also cos black odorlesss smoke come out the vent

    Depending on how "clogged" the converter is the engine may or may not run, or not run well. Smoke coming out of a vent (I assume the interiour vent?) may be if exhaust is backing up into the engine compartment and comming through the fresh air inlet. Either way sounds like you need to address this.
