Yes you can, but, if you know already that something is damaged already like the camshaft, sleeves, rockers, bolts etc, doesn't really worth the time to get there (about 4 to 5 hours) it's much more practical to tear the engine down. - Visitor

Since the power steering pump is driven off the camshaft do you have to pull the engine to replace it?
