on the camshaft, can you just replace the sheer pin for timing chain sproket?

• won't starrt
  engine turns over but won't start. Fuel pump is working. It died while driving then would not restart. Has no catalytic converter.

• throttle issues.
  ...n driving and I push the throttle down to increase speed, my speed will slow and sometimes the engine will shut off. It restarts fairly quickly.
