    Service center does not listen. They wouldn't do a test drive that would replicate the problem we told them about. Had to bring car in three times and insist on them test driving it on the freeway before they finally accepted that the front rotors were bad. Ripped us off by doing an inspection that they were told not to do while they had us shuttled off site. The second time we came here they shuttled us to lunch and forgot us for and hour and a half past our pick up time. We won't leave our car unsupervised with them again.
