Much more of a Honda place than a Chevy. Made me and my American car feel out of place. Scheduling for service was TERRIBLE. I had a 7:30am appointment for an ~2.5 hour service. Upon arrival, I was told a service technician would not be in until 9:30am and my car should be ready by noon if I wanted to wait. Since I did not have 5 hours, I left it. When I checked in at noon, I was told my car was not going to be looked at until ~5 and I could check on the car then and return to have the work done on another day.
I am stuck on why would you allow an appointment to be made if you did not have anyone in to do the work???
