Question: Cabin Air Filter

 Rookie

Where is the cabin air filter located on the CL 500. I would like to replace it myself if it isn't too difficult without visiting my MBZ mechanic.

    The cabin air filter is behind the glove box on the passenger side remove the glove box. the cover over the cabin air filter exposed slide the cover out of the was remove and replace the filters. It takes 20 minutes or so.

    After you remove the glove box where the filters? Also Mercedes wants $315 for these 2 filters and Napa wants $30. There is also German made ones (on line) for $75. Do you have an opinion on if there would be any difference. Thanks
