Question: c220 tranny shifter

auto transmission lever will not move . cannot take it out of park. what is problem?

    Sounds like the shift lock system has malfunctioned. Check to see if the brake lights are working, if not, check the brake light switch. (It also supplies a signal for the shift lock system to unlock the shifter).
