Like most foriegn cars, Land Rover has it's share of negative publicity regarding reliability and expensive maintenance costs and repairs. This is always a concern of most Land Rover owners, which is why more than a few have tried to research and diagnose the problem with their vehicle, convincing themselves that they know exactly what the problem is before they even take it to a certified mechanic. So when they are told what the real problem is and what it's going to take to fix it, they take that diagnoses personally, and even regard the mechanic as arrogant and condescending when they find out they are wrong.
I was one of those types of people before I meet Paul, this man is a British import Guru, specifically with Land Rover. I can describe a symptom over the phone, and he can just about nail the diagnoses, and even give me a ballpark estimate on the repair. I've also found that most people who complain of the job not being done correctly, usaully don't get the recommended repair done, in an attempt to save money, then complain when their vehicle doesn't run like new.
Bottom line; I would not trust anyone but Paul to work on my Land Rover or Mercedes, Service shops like C&H are a very rare breed these days. Steve R.

Paul has serviced all my cars for as long as I remember, my Chevy Express van has 380,645 trouble free miles, my 1991 E300 runs like a top and my 1974 MGB is still lots of fun. Thanks Paul, I would not go any where else.

I have owned my Land Rover Discovery for more thn 12 years now. I have searched all over Central Florida looking for someone who not only can fix my Rover, but actaully cares about the truck as much as I do. I found that in C&H Auto Service. It's the first time ever that I haven't had to take my Rover back in for something between oil changes.

I took my Land Rover, to this British guy, Paul, to get my engine fixed. My first comment is that this guy is an arrogant prick! When I asked him for a diagnosis, it seemed as if I owed my car's well-being to his sole judgment. He was brash and rude in explaining what the problem of my car was. I would expect some kind of "bedside manners" from the guy who claims to have the ability to fix my car, at least some kind of "service attitude". This Paul dude was unbelievably difficult - he was impatient in explaining my car issues and made me feel like I was a complete idiot for not knowing the problems of my car! After claiming to have fixed my car, I took it back to him for some check-up because the problem was slightly persisting. He was pissed that I took it back - like it was my fault that it didn't get fixed the first time he took a stab at it! He was unpleasant and almost taciturn! I mean come on! The least he could have done is apologize for not fixing it right the first time! Lastly, he did a poor job! My car it still acting up up to this point!

We were fortunate after our 1988 Range Rover was out of warranty that the local Land Rover dealership suggested we talk to Paul at C and H Auto Services. This began a long term relationship with an honest auto mechanic with integrity and service that is exceptional. Paul is knowledgeable, and he has serviced our '88 ever since. He has also worked on our Toyota, and 99 Rover. I know that he spends my money like he would spend his own, not padding a bill or suggesting unnecessary repairs. This is a small family owned business, and he and Sally have earned our trust over the years. C and H is an AAA+++ company.

My name is Hunter and I am a real customer of Paul's at C&H Auto. These are good, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working people that have helped me and serviced my 96' Discovery for several years now. If it was not for them, I would have gotten rid of it, but now I feel comfortable in keeping it into its golden years over 120K miles. I always feel that we do what ever is necessary, as I request, and no more. The work is done quickly and at a fare price. I have/would recommend them to anyone.

Paul has worked on our Defender 90 and Range Rover for 5 years. I will not go anywhere else. All you have to do is call him and tell him your problem with your car and he knows what it is.He can take you that day and fixes your car that day if the parts are in stock. Everyone is very pleasant at C&H Auto,
it is like visiting your family. I rate this shop with the highest rating.

My family has been taking their cars to Paul for ever.We have a buick & a honda,I just purchased a used Land Rover and found that Paul was great and had excellant knowledge on these vehicles as well as all others.I am very happy with my mechanic & his friendly helpfull staff.

The guy is from England but does not seem to know Land Rovers that well. He is also very arrogant and treated me and my wife like children. He also put the wrong coolant in my Range Rover...(It was green and Range Rover coolant is Blue BMW coolant)....I will never take my vehicle back to him
