BZBEST Mobile Mechanics
Mike came out and checked out my car's defroster for me at my home. He was on time and arrived ready to work. He found the problem and gave me an estimate in writing and explained everything to me. I authorized the work and he performed the service and charged me exactly what I had ok'd with no variance. All is good now with my defroster and I have a one year warranty to go with it. BZBEST Mobile Mechanics are Recommended.

BZBEST Mobile Mechanics
Very unprofessional, treats customers with disrespect. On their website they post only good comments, but when they get bad reviews, they get mad and treat customers with disrespect and called them names.
Here is an answer that I got from the owner of the company, Mike Sortos, after I reported him to BBB:
"I believe that Mrs. Jefferies needs professional help from a doctor, not a mechanic.
Because of this, I am retracting any offer of BZBEST to discount any future work from our company.
Because I care, I will offer Mrs. Jefferies $25.00 to be paid toward her initial visit to a mental health practitioner.
I hope that Mrs. Jefferies doesn't find this offensive because that is not my intention.

Mike Sortorsand another sentence that Mr.Sortos posted on Angie's List re: my complaint:
"Then she says we never returned. We never returned because this lady is unstable mentally and emotionally."This company and his owner does not accept when they are wrong.
So, hire this company and if you try to confront them with the mistakes they did fixing your car..this is what you get...forget about the job warranty..it is fake!!!!

The Better Business Bureau has sided with BZBEST regarding this complaint after this woman wrote a lengthy, and contradictory, letter to the BBB. BZBEST took the time to respond to this woman's accusations by forwarding all of the evidence and facts pertaining to this customer, including copies of the customer's signed invoices to the BBB. After over a week of sorting through the relevant facts, the BBB sided with BZBEST. Because of this, the BBB has allowed BZBEST to keep their A-Rating which is featured on the Better Business Bureau's website under the BZBEST heading. The BBB trusts BZBEST, and so do hundreds of repeat customers. Thank you.

BZBEST Mobile Mechanics
I was having problems with my brakes always making noise soon after I would get them done from my old repair shop. The mechanics at BZBEST explained the diiferent types of brake pads out there and what was best for my car. Now my brakes dont sqeek anymore! They also gave me pointers when I should get my brakes checked too avoid causing damage to my rotors which I've done before. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
