i am thinking about buying a 2001 f150 super crew (4 big doors) the truck has 160,000 miles on it but the motor has been rebuilt and has 20,000 miles on it. The passenger side is damaged. it was rolled onto its side.the whole passenger side is dented someway or another. the hood was not affected, all the headlights and tail lights are intact. the doors open and close also. the back window broke out and both passenger windows. the mirror is also broke and the front cv shaft. the truck is 600$ is this a bad idea? it can be drove the way it is, runs perfect.

Obviously it is 4x4 i did not see that but you stated front cv shaft so....It will bring more than that at a salvage yard!! Based on your info...and you are f150lover,.. Buy it!... Try flashing 5 Benjiman's at the seller, might save you $100.00, that's just like finding a $100.00 dollar bill you didn't know you had!!
