    The mechanic Jameal(Shorty) does not use good customer service. He agures and swears at customers. He does shotty mechanic work sometimes and drinks on the job. I went in on 5/21/10 to get services done which as the part wasn't installed properly and I wasn't given a receipt and when I called ''Shorty'', on his direct cellphone and requested a receipt, he cussed me and hung up on me.
