After getting home the other day i smelled something that was like burnt rubber. after checking all over the car. Found out it was coming from the rear passenger tire. Felt the tire rim and it was hot. Felt the other tires and they were cool. drove the next day and tires were okay, but could still smell the burning rubber. it is not as bad, you have to put your nose into the wheel well to smell it.Much fainter, but still there after driving. what do you think it is?

I'd suspect that you have a sticking right rear brake caliper. It could also be the parking brake sticking on the right rear. The car must still be under warrantee, if so, take it to the dealer for warrantee work. If that's not productive, find an independent Mazda specialist.
