1999 Mercury Villager Question: Burning too much fuel.
I would fill up on Monday morning set my cruise control between 65 and 70 get on the highway and drive to work about an hour away. By Wednesday it is on empty and I have to refuel. You need to keep track of the mileage by filling the tank, setting the trip odometer to zero and note the mileage on the odometer and how many gallons it takes to fill it up the next time. Divide the miles by the gallons and get the MPG figure to us for us to give you an opinion. - Superbob
