    Have had many repairs done at Burgess. The service guy Chris actually tells me what does and doesn't need fixin. I never feel pressured to fix anything that doesn't really need to be fixed, no retarded upselling like the chain shops. The wating room kinda sucks, but at least you can see the guys working through the windows.That way you know they are actually doing what they sold you unlike most shops where work is done in the secret back shop.
