We look for a group of experienced and trained personnel and Buddy's has more than met this expectation. Their techs have a combined 117 years of experience and have received a ton of training over the years, which includes some at the local dealerships. Buddy's Auto offers an excellent nationwide 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on transmission replacements and has been serving the Hartford Community since 1977. We like them and hope you do too.

  I've been a customer at Buddy's for approximately ten years and my experience has been amazing. They have been extremely helpful. They have never recommended anything to do that was unnecessary. They have always told me, upfront, what needed to be done. And they are extremely fair. They are wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely amazing. Their price is competitive and fair and in a lot of cases the prices are just great. They have been extremely helpful to me. I live about 45 miles from that shop. I used to live about a half of a mile away, but now even 45 miles away, I still go back there to have work done on my car. That is how satisfied I am with them. As I said they are extremely helpful, when I lived at my old house, if something was wrong with my car they would come pick me up so that I wouldn't have to walk to the shop. They just go out of their way to be wonderful and helpful. I am just ecstatic and pleased with them.

  I'm very satisfied. I've been going through them for many years. Every time I walk in they make themselves available, if not they have me in the next day. They're friendly, they're courteous, and they're punctual. I'm very happy with them.
