  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop! I have lived in the AV for years and have never been impressed with a shop until I found the shop. My last car needed service. A friend recommended Bruce & Tinas. I wasn't holding my breath that the problem would get diagnosed and fixed without additional "add ons" being included. The work got done, the problem and solution was explained, and Bruce showed me all the parts that were replaced and showed me exactly why he replaced it. I had that vehicle back into the shop multiple times after that (penalty for owning a high mileage auto) the car was correctly fixed every time. This the first time I can say that in all my years of living in the AV.

  This is the best mechanic I have found in the AV. These guys are honest, reasonably priced, and work to get your vehicle back to you as quick as possible. And their shop is kept clean and neat. My husband and I take our cars there, as well as several of my coworkers. Unlike several other repair dealers, I (as a woman) am treated with respect, explained and/or shown the problem, and am not pressured to buy or approve unneccesay repairs. I highly recommed you give them a try.
