1995 Plymouth Neon Question: broken value

replacement of timing belt resulted in a broken value with a locked up engine. Repair shop it would cost around $1500 to fix

    If a shop replaced your timing belt, they should repair the damage at no cost to you. Here in California, we have a Bureau of Automotive Repair to arbitrate such issues. Check with you States DMV for information on how to handle this. Any reputable repair facility will step up to the plate.
